José de Andrade Neto, known for sharing legal practice insights on social media, proficiently teaches various legal topics such as execution proceedings, courtroom procedures, preliminary injunctions, among others. The knowledge he shares daily is based on his over 21 years of experience as a Judge at the Court of Justice of Mato Grosso do Sul (TJMS).

José also holds a Master’s degree in Guaranteeism, Fundamental Rights, and Judicial Process from the University of Girona (UdG) in Spain, a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedural Law from the University of Southern Santa Catarina (UNISUL-SC), and a postgraduate degree in Constitutional Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ).

He was the coordinator and co-author of the collection "Novo CPC - Análise Doutrinária sobre o Novo Direito Processual Brasileiro" (Contemplar Publishing - 2nd Edition 2019); co-author of the book "Manual de Direito Civil" (Saraiva Publishing - 2015); co-author of the book "Manual de Direito Processual Civil" (Saraiva Publishing - 2014); coordinator and co-author of the book "O Novo Direito Eleitoral Brasileiro" (Forum Publishing - 2012); co-author of the book "Estudos sobre as últimas reformas do Código de Processo Civil" and author of various legal articles published in specialized magazines and websites such as Consulex, IBCCrim, Plenum Juris, among others.

He is the creator of the Audiências Online Project, a platform that allows law students to watch judicial hearings for free, with certification valid at Brazilian universities, and provides practical courtroom experience for lawyers.

Additionally, he has developed various online courses aimed at lawyers such as the Advanced Expert in Execution Training, Advanced Expert in Hearings Training, Advanced Expert in Preliminary Injunctions Training, Free Legal Aid in Practice, among others.

Today, after his resignation from the judiciary, he works as a lawyer and professor, with his main purpose being to seek the effectiveness of execution proceedings in the Brazilian justice system and to share knowledge.
